SIRENGO CADEMUS NATWAT Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance option), Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Also, a registered Tax Agent for the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) He is currently a Managing Partner at Invisor Consulting firm and a Lead Audit Associate at BKM Associates.
Mr. Cademus has extensive experience in the private and public sector accounting, auditing, financial management and administration spanning over fifteen (15) years. He has recently led delivery of compliance audit for international entities such as Farab Inte’l FZE (UAE), UNHCR- Uganda, The Red Crescent of Islamic Republic of Iran, Wetland International Kenya. Etc
Other assignments that he has been involved in include systems and financial audits special focus to NGOs, CBOs and charity Foundation. African Biotechnology Stakeholders Forum (ABSF), Being area of focus is Biotechnology and Agriculture, funded by CropLife International Belgium, Monsanto Africa (Bayer), USAID, FAO, AATF, Members subscription etc. Our responsibilities’ is to advise and assist the ABSF Board of Management on decision on finance and accounting activities, budgeting and monitoring of expenditure and donor reporting as per grant agreements. Area of focus is community currencies and business development and funded by Doen-Stiftung Netherlands, Foundation Rosa Luxemburger, Segal Family Foundations and Lush Cosmetics LLC. Our major role is to report independently to main donors on financial activities and budgetary allocation of funds for donor approved projects. Empower A Child Kenya (EAC). Focus on children and families living in extreme poverty in Kenya by rebuilding communities and empowering today’s youth. Major donors being well-wishers in the US. Our role is to play an oversight role on scholarship grants and utilization and actual beneficiaries either as individual or institution of learning. Executive Food Company are specialized in manufacturing of food ingredients etc. SMS Gateway on Accounting roles and Financial Advisory. Preparing accounts and tax returns, Monitoring spending and budgets, Auditing and analyzing financial performance, financial forecasting and risk analysis, advising on costs reduction and maximizing profits and compiling and presentation financial and budget reports.
