Fanice is the lead Financial Advisor/Consultant at Benkim Associates (BKM), bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, and advisory services. With a strong foundation in financial management and regulatory compliance, she supports businesses in navigating complexity with clarity, particularly in the areas of Virtual CFO services, financial planning, and tax compliance.
Fanice holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from KCA University (2010–2012) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), having completed her qualification in 2010. She is currently registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
Before joining Benkim Associates, she worked across multiple sectors in finance and accounting roles, where she helped companies optimize their financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and align financial strategy with business goals. Her passion lies in empowering SMEs—especially family-owned businesses—with financial tools and strategic insights to scale sustainably.

- Assess, enhance and communicate clients’ internal controls and risk management processes.
- Conducting monthly bookkeeping for clients and providing reports.
